Over the past few weeks I usually stay up between 5-7:30 AM and sleep till around 3 or 4 PM. Even being active during the day, eating healthy and so on, my body still* responds in this same pattern. The thing is, I enjoy sleeping this way because I am a night person. I am 23, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I would like to move into the alternative health field and would like to eventually open a health food store and small health spa. I know it is a process but I want to know where I can start. As far as I know (and I could be wrong) there is no school to go to learn alternative health. I don’t know where to start learning and how. Also for the learning process I need to work around my full time job as I don’t have the option to not work as I need the income. When they go to the clinic, their insurance would be accepted their, there will be doctors that accept the insurance thus giving the poor people a line to get in. How can that be a bad thing?
