		<description>If the implants are placed directly under the skin, all the ducts will be cut and you will not be able to breast feed, although the milk glands will still be there to produce milk, the milk can't get to the outside.  If the implants are placed under the breast tissue near the chest wall muscles, then you should be able to breast feed although some ducts may be cut during the surgery.  I would suggest waiting until AFTER you have your babies to augment your breasts.  Pregnancy will change the shape of your breasts and you may get better looking results by waiting until after you are through having kids.</description>
